Eyes is all you have to have. Are you kidding? I’ve seen well over 20 in my area of Clifton/nutley. They fly low enough, hover & move in a grid pattern if you watch long enough and nearly silent. Not a plane, nor are they small. I believe it’s our own military either looking for something or testing.
