Given that it’s a quadcopter, has propellers, and the controller is built for human hands and interface, of course it’s going to look “similar.”

I can guarantee you, that’s where the similarity ends.

Personally I like DCL more than DRL, but okay… Also VelociDrone is another good simulator you can’t go wrong with. But if you want a simulator with new gen graphics, check out Uncrashed. Trust me, just buy a sim, it’s worth its weight in props.
